Thanks! The super cute factor of the house and the modern interior is what made it irresistible to make an offer. Fingers crossed everything pans out well. I have contacted some LFS and am getting a 125G with a pine cabinet, and I am getting a 75G with a modern series cabinet and canopy since it will be in the living area. I am also debating on a 2nd 75G because I have gotten the itch to keep discus again. My 50G will be home to my lake tang. fish and the 20G will be something random I am unsure what I will do with it yet. Saltwater is being phased out as I just dont have the time or energy to mix salt and tend to levels as I should.

Locate the area that the tank will sit from beneath the space. Locate the joists affected by the weight load. If there is a crawl space with a dirt or stone floor, pour two pads, one at one end of the tank location under the joists and one at the other end using concrete bagged mix. Pour these pads minimally 6" thick and 12" wide x 3 feet long with the 3 foot long section parallel to the tank.
The thicker you pour this the better, if you go 8" that is fine too. You may pour them on undisturbed stone or tight undisturbed soil and frame them with wood. A bit of plastic will help to hold the water.

Using 2x4's or 2x6's you want to make a short framed wall section with studs 12" on center using a top plate and a bottom plate to hold the joists to prevent motion from load. You may premeasure and preconstruct and tap them into place. This will help to hold the tank.
