Don't do anything but change the water. don't vac. don't clean your filters. don't rinse your filter media. you need to get a good BB colony going and the best way to do taht is to leave all the media where bacteria grows alone.
Check your ammonia and nitrites ever day before you do a w/c. if EITHER or both approach .50 do a 50% w/c to get it down to .25. try to keep it there until both ammonia and nitrites are 0 and your nitrates are less than 2030 gal FW:dw gourami, cory cats, ABN pleco, Colombian & Serpae tetra, nerites & mystery snails

Good that you're getting on top of the ammonia problem, but your stocklist is a mess.
You have 5 DIFFERENT species of cory. They are schooling fish and need groups of 6+, and will not school with different species (unless absolutely terrified, which is awful). You need to remove 4 of them and get a group all the same.
Besides that, rehome the odessa barb. He's harassing the others because he's not in a school of his own. ALL your schools are too small and need increasing, which will put you at fully stocked.
