So as I mentioned in another post I bought a Tiger Shovelnose Catfish at about 5 1/2Ē. At first it was swimming around, but my Gar almost killed it(this is not an experiment). The Gar had the fins of the Catfish tail in its mouth, but it wiggled away.
So for almost the last 3 days the Catfish has been hiding behind the heater and hardly moving. Iím sure it still alive Because itís breathing and occasionally readjusts itself. I feed my fish Twice a day exclusively frozen blood worms. When I add the frozen blood worms the other fish go after the food as usual, but the Catfish doesnít even move. Iím almost certain there is nothing wrong with the Catfish itís just very scared. Any ideas? Any ideas to get it to eat?

You most likely have to re house it.

Provide suitable cover or the catfish, and feed it after the lights are out.

Remove the catfish and find him a better home.
