    Default My African dwarf frog foretells thunderstorms!

    I have an ADF in my community, and it seems to be able to sense atmospheric pressure. Right before thunderstorms, it starts acting skittish, darting up and down for air instead of leisurely swimming, and hiding as much as it can. Apparently it knows that thunderstorms are bad. Anyone else have theirs do this?
    I hate hearing people say "it's only a $3/$5/$1 fish/shrimp, so it's ok if it dies, I can just get another." It's still an animal! All animals should be treated like they're worth $10,000.

    Fish can sense pressure changes in the atmosphere also our fish are just so domestic they don't show it.
