fragging?
hey guys,
i fragged my palythoa 3 days ago and just "dumped" the small heads into my 55G and 2 of the 3 have opened. but they are in random areas that i dont want. my question is with polyps can i cut the at the very base close to the rock and then glue them to a piece of rock? or will the glue on the open wound kill the polyp?10G Algae tank-The Nano was moved to the 55G

I use superglue gel all the time for fragging. It doesn't do any harm to the coral. Its a little more tricky with softies, but usually always works with zoas and pallys.

I use the below product and have had great luck with it

We've always used loctite brand superglue gel. Most stores carry it and its only $2.50 for 2 tubes. We've made hundreds of frag and had no issues with it
