Today I went to a pet shop around my area. They had the tiniest tinfoil barbs like an inch or less, and I was trying to see the monster size they grow..if some kid doesn't put him in his bowl. They have a JD and I want it so bad. But I didn't do the impulse buy which is great. I figured well so far they take decent care of the fish. So I continued browsing.....
Painted glass fish. It was soooo unnatural colors and it was fading too. I was about to like throw up I was so sick of how people could do that.
Then I saw 'blueberry oscar' that was horrible. It had no color everything was faded and had a totally fake blue patch on it's gill area. I wanted to find a worker and then they had oscars labeled as blood parrots.
Kept looking.
At the bottom of the tank there was a fish dying of ammonia poisoning. I had enough. My dad came to the back (To get me so we could leave, he was buying a pen for my dog, he just had surgery) I am trying to teach him how to care for fish so when I'm at college or somewhere else he can care for them. I told him about the fish, then we left.
They also had bettas in the little cups.
