Default Vals have grown a bit

The one I am holding is now 2 1/2 the length of my 48" tank and I have cut them back numerous times. Killed them off once but now a year later they are back. These Italians are more suitable for an 8 Ft tank. Really not working in a 4 ft.

Oh my, it looks like your pants are doing great, any better and it will be like yard work.
If you take your time to do the research FIRST, you can successfully set-up and keep ANY type of aquarium with ease.

    No.

The rest of my tank could use a bit of Excel but Excel killed these vals twice already. Don't feel like waiting another 7-10 months for them to grow out again. Might have to remove them from the tank, do my Excel regime and replant but what a hassle.

    LOLOL Cute.

Another option to vals is spiral crypts. The look pretty awesome, grow up to the waters surface (and more) and spread out, too.
