    Default New 100 gallon setup

I am setting up a new 100 gallon tank. It has standing empty for some time now because i haven't had time to do anything with it but AmazonJoe and others have led me down a dark path. I am turning it into a "black" water tank. We will see how dark i will go.

I think 100+ cardinal tetra would look great in there, but again I'm a little biased

I have done the 100+ cardinal thing before (200) in a 150 gallon. It did not turn out nearly as nice as i would have hoped. They didn't school like i would have wanted to. Despite the presence of other larger fish. They spread out over all of the tank. The end result was not very attractive at all (to me).

How about a big school of Rummy nose, with a smaller school of emperor tetra than?

Not a big fan of the rummy nose. Emperors would be nice if i can get them.
The only thing i know for sure is that i want some cories and hoples in the tank.
