Right now I have a 10g tank. All that is in the bottom right now are colored gravel like you get at wal-mart and some fake plants. I would like to take out the fake plants and start adding live plants.

Is there a way to remove the gravel that's in it right now and add a plant substrate like Flourite with the water/fish still in the tank.
