A Planted Tank Milestone
I have been learning, over the past few years, to grow plants in my aquarium. What can I say--I'm a slow learner. I read about people having to trim back their plants, and I think, "Wow, that would be a wonderful problem to have."
But today, I reached an important milestone: I actually am having to trim back my plants because they are growing so well that the fish don't have enough room to swim.
Thank you, thank you. There will be refreshments in the lobby.

Oh, I should have clarified, you have to come to Wyoming for your tea and biscuit. Call me when you get here.

Ahhh, that first trimming-back does feel like a milestone, doesn't it? Congratulations, because it is a milestone!!
And you aren't a slow learner, you just learn at your own pace, and everybody has setbacks (better with plants than fish I always say). Now let the amazing growth continue!Beth
1 - 55 gallon planted community
3 - 10 to 20 gallon planted betta tanks
My advice: slow down, think, and be willing to learn. Then you'll be fine, no matter what.

I just gave away a huge amazon sword that I no longer had room for. Felt good.
