catfish to sinking wafer ratio

So i've got my full school of cory's!

and they are a bit trickier to feed b/c they don't just swallow the food like tetra's can with flakes.

i've got 10 cory's (spotted cory's to be exact)
i use hikari sinking wafters for their main diet.
As they are mini wafer's-the rule of thumb for "feed as much as they eat in 3 minutes" can't apply?

so how many wafers would you recommend dropping in for 10 corys?
(also, my bolivian rams LOVE these things)

I don't have any answer for you but I would love to hear what others say because I often ask myself the same question.

I would drop four because the other fish will go for them also such as your Rams, this will give the Cories a chance to isolate a couple of them. Don't worry about overfeeding because your Cories will keep at them till their gone.

great question as i have 17 cories at moment and 2 fat @ss blood parrots that guard the pellets, I even drop them in at night. once they find the pellets it is game over though, they all move in and the parrots just watch

IMHO, 1/2 tab per cory every other day. 'Tis enough. Great question though!

+1 Solid Answer and that is looking to work well.

I'm doing about 7 every other day because my rams eat them as well. So I want to make sure enough go around.

You'll know if you're feeding to much when you vacuum the substrate and pull left over wafer\food from the bottom. Also, if the water parameters for ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate get out of range, then overfeeding could be the problem.
