does anyone know if a t5NO can be used in a t5HO fixture and vis versa?

Did some legwork on this subject and came across this from Plantedtank.net

Based on this thread and this thread alone, I would say it's possible to use, but I would be VERY wary of using a bulb that will over draw a fixtures capacity and design. T5-NO will work in a T5-HO fixture, i have used 28-watt bulbs on my 54-watt fixtures. But a T5-HO on a T5-NO fixture will not work as HO (high output) needs more wattage than NO (normal output) and thus will not light up.
