Snake Poop...

Ling shed the other day...and I watched for a while. I've watched a few times, and it's really cool...

This time I had my face practically pressed against the glass...and as she shed just past her anal area she stopped and had a HUGE 'bowel movement' .

Now, while I've been pooped on (well, that defensive stuff they secrete) by snakes I've never, in all these years, actually seen a snake poop (and certainly not from about 2 inches away).

So I thought I had witnessed something 'rare'...and was all excited (as only a geek can get about these things).

...so...when I found a YouTube video of a snake pooping...I was actually a little let down...and at the same time relieved to know that there are actually geekier people out there than I am...

Oh god, snake poop is the worse. I use to work with Burmese pythons at a reptile rescue and the odor of that poop was just FOUL.

But I managed to get it all cleaned up right away too...before the house smelled like digested and excreted rat...

LOL!!! That's too funny! I have seen my fair share of snakes poop.

LOL...then you're spending too much time with them too...

Or you have way too many snakes...

I only have one...and she poops maybe 2X a month...or less...so my odds of 'catching' one isn't all that good...

Ewww.... Who puts that on YouTube? Oh, and for STENCH try crashed saltwater tank + dead fish + dead snails + filthy sand + cat deciding to poop on the floor near there. GAG!!! *holds nose* the memory stinks!
