have a instant messenger so you can have a quick convo with someone instead of wating for someone to respond to your thread example if im having a situation and need help now with lets say anglefish and i know john smith is online and is a angelfish expert i can have a fast conversation with him and get the help i need i know there are articles you can read but i think this would help everyone thanks

Threads usually get responded to fairly quickly. If you want to ask someone a direct question, you could always send them a private message.

Agree. Fast responses here unless you post in the middle of the night but the point in a forum is so you have many responses and many opinions rather than only one that might not give you correct information.
