I guess no one has an answer - I do not know if a Pike Topminnow (max size for female 8 inches/male, 6 inches) is a dwarf pike. If so, a 55 gal tank is the min that will work for that fish since it prefers to sit in place and not swim. Again, no idea if the two are the same - best answer I can find. Good luck.
Knowledge is fun(damental)
A 75 gal with eight Discus, fake plants, and a lot of wood also with sand substrate. Clean up crew is fifteen Sterba's Corys. Filters: canister w/UV, in-tank algae scrubber that removes phosphates and nitrates! Also, a highly dangerous commercial nitrate removal unit from hell

By dwarf pike do you mean, crenicichla compressiceps?Because there are other pike cichlid species sold as such.If it is the fore mentioned species then a 10 gallon would work(if it is alone),but a twenty is preferable. This species only gets three inches long.
