Asparagus for plecos??
Got some asparagus spears in the fridge, would my plecos appreciate one as a treat? I know asparagus has an unusual chemical in it (makes you pee smell funny) and I wasn't sure if this would be harmful to the tank?
Plecos feasting would be:
Common plec
L262
Gibby plec (number and scientific name is in my profile)
Wanted some opinions before I give it a bash, thanks
My therapist says I need a bigger tank . . . . .

Mine get cukes and zucchini slices. Raw. I like to drop in something I can easily remove.

Cukes?? British translation please
mines love zuccinni and cucumber, I fancy trying cabage for them. I always just stick a chunk onto a fork, with some thread on the fork so I can easily pull it out without getting wet.
