Identify these plants?

I went down to a stream to get some aquatic plants, after hearing a lot of others talk about doing the same thing. I found two different types. The water levels were low, so I'm not sure if they can survive truly submersed, but they seem to be doing okay in my tanks. Does anyone recognize them?

1st plant:

Pictures three and four appear to be a sprout. I think you'll have to let it grow out a bit before it's clearly anything.
Pictures five and six are very lovely.
