He is talking about Marine angels.
I would say Flame or Tigerpyge (hybrid)
Most overrated: Narcosis angelfish ;-)Do as I say. Not as I do.

Flame Angels are one of my favorites to. I always liked the dwarf group of Angels.

The Tigerpyge is hard to beat. Absolutely beautiful fish.

Regal or emperor angels
