This blood parrot is a pain.

After spending 3 days of tearing up 1/3 of my tank, uprooting 7 crypts and making craters all over the place, she spawns on a rock like she always does. So why does she need to tear the whole tank up when she likes the rock anyway? sheesh! She's the only "digger" I've had out of the 8 parrots. (6 remaining). Seems she could have saved herself 3 days of constant work and me replanting the tank when she preferred the rock to start with.

Appears I will have to buy another tank now for these plants after I have given away 4 tanks. pewie! Sure is a lot of trouble for a batch of dead eggs!

LOL...well, you know what it's like when the 'nesting' urge takes over.

I'm not a person that likes 'home-making' in the strict sense...and I'm not a person that loves babies and little kids...but I remember having a HUGE nesting instinct when I first got pregnant...surprised myself and hubby!

Do you have an extra tank in storage? Or do you have to buy one?

I kept one small tank for a hospital tank. My daughter is not using the 20 gallon I gave her so I may just pick that one up but they leave so little space I wonder if it's worth the trouble.

I guess if this blood parrot was a human, he would work on his car for 3 days and then take a plane?

A 20 is small but its better than a ten!lol

Tank is not for my parrots (no way, Jose') but for the plants I had to move out. I will just stock it with neons most likely.
