Thread: Python Broke!!

Earlier today I was doing my standard water changes. I had siphoned out all the tanks and was refilling the last one. There was about 1 inch left to go when suddenly, POP! BANG! The on/off valve piece broke right down the middle spraying water all over the floor. I quickly tossed the end into the tank and turned off the water. Luckily the local Petco has Python replacement parts so I got a new valve without a problem. It sure made me jump though.

Yeah, that's happened to me before too. I've started keeping a backup part for each piece so I don't have to worry about being stuck mid water change without a usable python.Originally Posted by i_am_511
