Thread: MTS questions?

Hybrid View

    Default MTS questions?

I've recently recieved a few mts to areate my sand and was wondering a few things about them. I don't see them very often, which I'm asuming is a good thing and their doing there job. Actually, I've only seen one or 2 since i got them last week. I know their livebearers, but how often do they give birth, and when can you see the little ones?

Turn off the lights wait an hour turn it back on and you will see them... As long as something didn't eat them...They will spend most of the day burried. look for the sand moving.

They probably have already had or will be having little snails any day now.

With in 3 months you will see loads of them.

Don't worry, before long you'll see more and more of them. They about over ran my tank after while.

I'll keep an eye out for them, and thanks for the info, I still haven't seen them, but i know their there because I don't have anyone that eats them.
