Ambulia lighting?

Hey all! I've read conflicting things about this plant. I think it would be great for my betta tank since it looks so soft and like a great hiding spot... but I have read both that it does well in low-light and that it requires high lighting.

Which of these is true? My fluval chi will have mediocre lighting I assume, and while there will be a lot of natural, indirect sunlight I don't want to order this and have it die on me if it's a high-light requiring plant.
