one of my cory panda has a pop out eye!

Hello,

There has been a lot going on in my aquarium over the week-end (29 gallons rectangular).
1st I removed the activ-flora gravel to go entirely with inactive sand.
2nd I replanted my plants in terracotta small pots, on sunday with my water change.
Did the parameter, everything is well 0 ammonia, nitrites and even nitrates, pH still 8 stable, no surprise.
Then on Monday I went and got myself a school of corydoras pandas, 8 of them (it was all that the store had and I didn't feel leaving only 2 behind), everything went well, very actives, lively little guys, they didn't eat the bottom feeder sinking pallet that I got for them but ate fallen flakes and freeze dried brine shrimp like my 12 neon tetras.
Yesterday evening I noticed one of them has a eye swelled like is popping out, only the left one the other looks healthy as well as the other corys and the tetras, so I googled it (oh, love to be connected...) and they were advising to quarantine him and help healing with a teaspoon of aquarium salt in 5 gallons.
What do you think, should I go ahead and do that?
Also, if there is any risk for the others should I treat the whole tank?

There is only 12 neons and 8 cory pandas in my tank.

I also did the water parameters every day since Monday I added the cory and the same pH 8, no ammonia, nitrites or nitrates including this morning.

How does the Cory behave and what is his overall appearance?
Was the eye swollen ever since you got him? If the swollen eye
Does not seem to be getting worse and the overall appearance and behavior of the Cory is healthy, I would just leave things be. Maybe it will heal with time, maybe not. If the eye seems to be getting worse, I would quarantine it for now. BE careful with salt and cories, as most catfish are sensitive to it.

His overall appearance seems to be good, still eating but being shyer than the others and mostly by itself (only 4 of them seem to stay together anyway) never far from a hiding place, so I don't know...only had them for a couple days really. Non of the cory(s) had swollen eye(s) when I got them and they were in the store for about 3 weeks so I thought I started with a strong and healthy group. You are right for the salt and corys, I just read to actually use half the dose for them.
I read that there are many possible causes including, bacterial, fungus infection as well as simple injuries from clumsiness at the pet store to catch them and I remember she was a little rough in debunking them to be hurt on a decoration (the peaces of driftwoods, mopani woods, in my tank are the only things I can speculate on)
i am afraid of a secondary infection on top of his eye.
Maybe if this is a simple injury it'll pass by itself, but how to avoid/diagnose secondary infection?
Any advice?

Ok, so now both eyes are swelled and he didn't eat this evening, i feel that it is an infection. What would be a good antibiotic for corydoras?
