Default Yellow spot and Pinhole leaf in Hygrophila Polysperma

Ive read that Potassium is the solution to pinholes in leaves.
Does anyone have any idea what ppm levels should be maintained.
Ive read that the levels are usually between 10 - 20 ppm
I've increased my dose to reach 19 from 16 earlier but if no results are happening then can one overshoot the levels ie > 20 ppm
    Thanks

That is an interesting question and unfortunately I do not have a specific answer for you.

What I can say is that when I've run into some nutrient deficiency issues (K; Fe), the major change factor was using a pellet type fert in the gravel bed and not a liquid fert.

    Hope that helps.

From my experience, It is not easy to overdose potassium to any negative effects.

well, in sufficiently high doses it's used to make drinking water save.

Holes can be caused by some snails. Just to point out the very obvious, the only clue you're dosing enough is no new holes in existing leaves and healthy new ones. The holes that are there now will not heal.
