Those look like Bolivian Rams to me. Great fish, in warmer water they color up nicely.

With biospira you need to add fish at the same time. Since it looks like you already have fish in there, you may be ok. Keep an eye on your parameters.

Bio spira is a great product if you can find it. A little pricey, but could save your shark. I used it with great success...
