i saw some Neon Ruby Barbs today at my LFS. i've never heard of them before. they were red and were fairly large and had veil fins/tails. can someone tell me more about them?

i made a visit to my LFS today and thats what they were being sold for. none of them were bigger than an inch.

what about those dissolving food tabs? Wardley makes one called the Wardley Weekend Feeder. it comes in a package of 4 and each tab feeds for 3 days. i've used it before and i think it worked out...

i'm thinking of Dwarf gouramis. i tried keeping a few before and it didnt really work out too well, which is a shame because they are great fish to have.

gouramis would be great to have. for me personally i've never had much success with them, but they look great and are fun to watch.

they will grow back in time. maybe you could try a medicine like Melafix to heal him quicker.
