Got a juwel trigon 190 litre tank in the process of putting together. I had severums before in my 4 foot tank but this has a different foot print than that tank so would or be possible to keep a few...
Haps/peacocks maybe? Would give me plenty of vivid colours and activity.
Or maybe 1 or 2 slightly bigger fish? Severum? Firemouth? Convicts?

He's defending/claiming his territory and protecting the eggs. That's what cichlids do and id say the eggs and fry have an excellent chance at surviving with the parents...
