I agree with Tolley. Try to find someone with used filter media. Or even some used gravel. Just put it in a nylon, tie the end off and drop it in your tank. If you can do both that is even better.

I agree with Sharkman. You are really limited to what could be put into that size of a tank. You might be able to put a few tetras in it.
