    The scales return to normal after a day or two...

    The scales return to normal after a day or two after the strands fall off. I assumed it was some physical damage done by the attachment.

    There is nothing on it right now, but some of the scales seem damaged, kind of sticking out or up. I am thinking some sort of parasite. I will take a picture next time they come back.
