I am now sleeved and home from hospital today.

Up to today i have now lost 11.5kg

My surgery is tomorrow, 7AM.....no more Opti Phase after today. Onto the Liquid phase i will go lol

2nd week of Opti over....and weigh in day today, 2.9kg (6.4lb) lost

Total so far= 6.2kg (13.7lb)

One more week to go!

Big big difference between the pre surgery diet and after surgery.

Pre surgery is VERY restrictive. 3 Shakes, 2 cups vegis, 2 small fruit, water, multivitamin and fish oil tabs...That is it, every...

So an update: I am booked in to have surgery on the 27th November. Monday 5th i start the pre-surgery diet, that i think will be the most challenging part of the whole procedure...

No problem with correcting a dog. A flogging on the other hand is not ok, that is only anger from the handler, and not beneficial to a dogs training.
