Can someone recommend a tankless water heater. I want to be able to change 100 gallons of water (25% water change) maximum. Assuming a 70/30 mix - I should be able to get a 10 gallon per minute...

So 4 gallons of 120 degree water will only raise 100 gallons of 70 degree water - two degrees?
That's not going to work unfortunately... I have to find another way. -

I changed out 25% of the water and added a second dose of 21grams of Metronidazole for the second phase of treatment.
There is no change so far in the fish that are sick.

Update
Added 22.179 grams of Metronidazole to 500g aquarium.
Lights are out. I used a small amount of pure grain alcohol (ethyl) to dissolve most of the Metro' and warm water for the rest.
