I just bought a two bulb t8 light fixture for my 55, much brighter than I thought it would be. There are 2 32 watt 6500k 48 inh bulbs on top of it and the tank looks great

Its a 30 normal, and the black phantom teteras are able to be in a pair I believe. Its a male female pair.

Would I be able to breed green terror in a 55 gallon? If so, what substrate, rocks, plant ( fake/live ) and such should be used when breeding? I will be usingcustom 10 gallon sump at that time.
