as long as the belly is rounded and not sunken inwards you are feeding enough, i put gnat larvae or daphnia, (not sure what you call them in america) and live bloodworm in once a fortnight as well

i also have a tank boss, well 2 actually, they have split the tank between them, my tank has loads of caves, some really big plastic plants and piles of bogwood, i agree with the comment about sight...

sorry to join this debate so late but ive just joined, i used to breed guppies and convict cichlids to feed my pumpkinseed, he would eat worms and really lean mince but he loved live fish, i agree it...
