This fish is supposed to be a Labidochromis Hongi..

I think it is a female, but it has egg spots and I have read that female Hongis dont have them.

Is it possibly a male? He/She is also not...

actually I was kind of expecting to see the occasional burst of bubbles as the air slowly makes its way out of the filter.. but the bursts stopped a few hours ago. I haven't seen a burst of bubbles...

Ive owned my XP4 canister filter for a month now, after 2 weeks running no problems I did a clean on it and put it all back and now I seem to have problems with water getting locked in the filter...

Ive never had problems with dropping salt directly in the tank, its all dissolved in a few minutes, so I dont see why it should be dissolved just...
