Never mind....put it in qt....two hours later was...
Never mind....put it in qt....two hours later was belly up. Put it out of it's misery with an ice bath.
Any insights for the future would be appreciated. I've had these for three months. -

I have 8 denisoni barb. One of them today is looking pale, bloated and slow. Normally mine are quite active. THis one was separating himself.

I would add a little ammonia. Your .5 reading could erroneous and you don't want to starve yor cycle... Just a dab to get that level up around 2.

Great... Now feed the bact with a little ammonia each day testing every other, til you see ammonia and Trites at zero within 12 hours. When that happens u can start your stocking. Nice work.
