Don't bake, but I do love some types of cooking. I'm pretty dang awesome with grilling and smoking. I'm pretty good with a number of Mexican dishes. I also enjoy cooking Cajun and Creole food.

Corys generally do better in groups. There are some dwarf species that may work in a 10g.

Personally, I wouldn't do it. The smallest tank I have ever kept an angel in is a 29g high.

Agreed that you need more filtration. I would be running at least an AC110 on that tank.
