So, I am having problems with fin rot with my current betta...

but this isn't the first time I've had to deal with it. I've had 4 bettas over the past few years and they ALL have gotten fin rot...

are his fins always that red? in the older pics it looks like his fins didnt have as much red on them as they do now.... thats what my fish looked like.... and my water conditions didn't have any...
