Title says it all. Its a baby box fish!

i have removed the two fishes into a 10 gallon and doing water changes on the main tank.
is there anything else i should do other than water changes...
so this is a penguin tetra and dwarf gourmie in my 55 community tank. i got tetras, barbs, and gourmies in there. but i just noticed this white stuff on their mouth.
