I know angelsplus has some nice blue stained angels. I'm not sure about their shipping though. I would also check aquabid.com. I've seen some very nice fish there.

Why the big worry about the spawning though? If they arent hurting other fish or each other, then where is the problem? The eggs will turn white and/or be eaten. (or am I missing something?)

My vote is silicone as well. I use it all the time on the backgrounds i make. I know there are other types of glues but this is the safest and cheapest.

I would do a lot of reading and planning before you jump into this. There is a lot involved. Where will you put the young to grow out? You'll need a few tanks for that. What will you do with them...
