Big(ish) update in terms of fish stocking.
+2 Licorice Gourami
+3 Upside down catfish
+5 Sterbai Cories
Yep, increasing the biodiversity in here.
It's awesome to see that some people give these neat guys a tank to thenselves along with proper care. Honestly I myself would probably do the same if one of my plecos got this big.

If anyone has followed this journal the whole time and remembers me saying that I got more than 13 cardinals, this is a post you want to read.
A few days after they were added, fish just started...

Thank you! The fish love the tank, but I am not yet nearly done with the stocking.

Thank you for the compliments!
I bought all my plants from fish stores, I just picked out ones that I preferred. A lot of things didn't work, and some stuff does work. When you want fish in your...
3+ months later, only one female Stiphodon died about 2 weeks after the Madagascan death.
Everything is in great shape, and I finally got a good pleco shot that gives you the full view.

Finished the SAE stocking, the group of 6 looks so awesome! They swim around in the group, just exploring the whole tank.
Added 7 marbled hatchets, all doing good so far. I did some research on the...
I've had nothing but success and happy fish from New Era. Definitely the best brand in my opinion.

Sorry but you'll have to wait a while lol, it's gonna take a little longer than I had anticipated...
And as for dream tanks, my dream tank is a 10' by 3' monster fish tank. I love planted tanks...

Steady progress, and the bottom plants that I thought were dieng ended up working, and the new ones aren't.
Expect to wait about 2 months before it gets lively-I still have to play at football...
Don't forget the clown loaches! Very active and they aren't always at the bottom of the tank.
Also african knifefish are a great option, just make sure you get the right kind and give them...
A pair of oscars is a great addition, you could have about 6 of more silver dollars, just make sure they are large enough to be compatible with the rest of your fish.
You could keep an Arowana til...
Provided you had the time and money provided to take care of all of the following, what would you do with all of the following tanks and what would you put in them?
10 Gallon 20" by 10"

Really nice looking, I think I've seen them before and they cost more than the adolfois, but it's fine.
Sometimes there are people who sell petrified wood on the side of the road for like a dollar per pound. If you look around, you can sometimes find really nice stone that is hardscape ideal. Of...

The cardinals did well, there's about 20 I'll do a complete count when I get the time and when I am confident that they are all fully adapted.
But guess what? Since today was my birthday, I ended up...

A family member bought around 15 cardinals and surprised me. The cardinals are in alright condition, but the LFS they were from was not doing a good job due to the fact that I was told some were...

Thank you for the input.
The one thing I would like to say is that this is more for looks than trying to look natural. I want this to be the tank in the house that everyone likes the most, but you...

Decent progress. On Saturday everything almost died while I was gone because the co2 was just a little too high. The fish managed to make it off of the plants because that's where they were when I...
I would just like to add on here, silver arowanas reach up to about 3 feet and can get even possibly larger.
Even a 8' by 2' is really pushing it for a full size aro. Usually if you want a fish to...
Sorry but I really only like the smaller tetras thumbs2:
