BP's can be pretty timid especially with newly added tank mates. I think they might just need a little time to acclimate to their new tank mates and once they get a little bigger they should be back...

Are they open top tanks or do you have a lid? Heat can escape rapidly if you do not have a lid, especially in the winter months when your homes ambient temp is down. just a thought

I would add one GBR, why not? They are touchy fish but your Nitrates aren't off the chart, and the PH is just right for them. They aren't enormous fish either, not like your adding a 13" Pleco poop...
