33234 Here are the two Green Cory Cat friends. All is well so far.
My water here is very hard. That's the whole point of my getting the Indian Almond leaves. I'll also look into the Peat method, thanks for the suggestion. Hopefully the Indian Almond leaves will...
Thanks for the input guys. I can start with a small amount for the guppies, but I read that some cory breeds come from "blackwater" which is what the Indian Almond leaves make. So, it looks like...

I'm currently fishless cycling a 5.5 gallon tank with ammonia. The cycling is going just fine, but now I have debris in a tank that does not have any fish and has all new substrate, decor, and...

Thanks for the advise everyone. You are all very helpful. I'd really like the pleco, but they do make a lot of waste. My house is small, so as much as I would like to, I probably won't be getting...

I was thinking about a rubber lipped pleco, but I understand they get 5 to 7 inches full grown. If I use the 1 gallon of water per 1 inch of fish rule, that wouldn't leave much for other tank mates....
