    Yeah ive heard they get territorial once theyre bigger so ive been watching them, i have 3 big ones in my community tank with a 18" pleco that keeps them in check with a bunch of fantail goldfish....

    The problem isnt with the algae eaters its with the fact that the swordtail was ready to give birth but then just didnt. i dont care if some get eaten because there are TONS of hiding spots for fry....
