IMO in order to figure what exactly is wrong, you'll have to list all the fishes cause of deaths that you've had.

your fish has swim bladder, try feeding it a boiled pea, if it doesn't eat that then fast it for a day and try again.

the only thing i can think of is to treat with melafix. it should help her gills.

b)it is good for you to sometimes skip food for a day since most owners overfeed anyways.
c) if you do get a automatic feeder get an eheim, it'll be expensive but...

i think about 4 harlequin rasboras would be a nice addition.

i would suggest trying hikari first bites. i have huge success with that in my tank b/c it's pretty much a powder and so the powder spreads in the tank and falls extremely slowly.

a) that really just looks like coloring on your molly.
b) look from a frontal view on both fish. even if he is white you should see some bumps which would be the ich. and that would also clarify if...
