I've just skimmed through your thread and looks like you've been taken care of. But just a few bits of advice on the salt water tank. I started with fish tanks when I was about 12 years...

For clearing up the water, maybe try running a small powerhead with a piece of pipe into a funnel with some filter floss in and back into the tank.

I know I'm shouting the praises of the SEIO range, but they are very compact and you can get them with magnetic braces. So no suction cups
