i've never not had my rainbows with dark gravel. i have black ecocomplete gravel and a black background, and i've always gotten compliments on the coloration of my fish.:22:
they look like female G. incisus/G. pseudoincisus to me. depending on how big they max out, it will be either species (incisus being much larger than pseudo).

there are cichlids all over florida!
we have jaguars, salvini, midas, oscars, jewels, several species of tilapia, black acaras, mayans..and those are just the ones off the top of my head:ssuprised:

i have a group of about 14 wild Bluefin Killifish. i've had them for 7+ months now, and they seem to have taken to tank life wonderfully. i have maybe 8 males and 6 females, or something...
