The "Marmokrebs" (interesting a german word), is just a pest. It kills plants, makes every tank look like after a fat car bombing and is only good as fresh food for big fish.

The feeding habit of FMs is to gulp in sand and chew it thru. FMs are no surface feeders. The best food for them are either slow sinkuning granulets or smaller tabs, like that stuff...
But before I forget....Pikes need big tanks, even the smaller guys need at least 50 galons, and with small I mean those 5-6 inchers

Those eggs will be infertile, so dont worry. FMs and Convicts belong to different families. And, as some people already mentioned, your tank is heavily overstocked.

Kelp is an Algae...unbelievable...but it is.
On my "balcony pond"....or whatever one can call this thing, I also got a nice swimming plant. I even think those two plants are related...
Most of the time those low lifes have some kind of argument with someone working at the shop, or a family member (dpends on the situation), and in those cases animals have to suffer.
A "Birth of fish" section??? Oh just imagine the loads of freshly born Guppy-, Swordtail-, Platy- and Molly-fry....hmmm...

An update on my Sajica fry.
One couple still is having a bunch of minis. They have grown nicely so far. Just think they are living in my comunity tank, without extra feeding and care.

They look almost like my T-bar fry, I dunno how hold they are, I guess about 3 weeks or so. Yup I still got some babys in my tank...

For my fish I normaly use "Granulets" kind of smaller granulated food, which sinks slowly, so every fish can get its share. Also I use flake food especially for my Mollies which are supposed to feed...
