after installing a new filter , surviving ick, and everything else. betta baby has been very happy.
but after her tank change the other day i notcied a few of her "wisps" on her crowntail have...
so i started off with 2 bronze corys.my tank hadnt fully cycled(beginner mistake) i lost the larger of the two within 24 hours.
the remainder( now known as Surfer,Dude.) has hung in there....
amen for the mutts.lol
and another thing.......
Hey your betta and my betta look exactly alike. except mine is currently haggard from being treated for ick for the past nearly 14 days.

i have the filter on full flow.
i added a bubble bar.
i take the lid off during the day. with fans near by blowing...
sounds good. 14 days.w/c tomorrow , bout 70% clean off the plants and housing. feed, then treat.
i was at the store today. and i seen an african cichlid.he was dalmation and had so much charecter....
im nursing a betta with ich.a cory with temp and salt issues and now my damned a.c. went down so im going to be up all night nursing a tank and watching water temps. this sucks.
im aware tha i have to do this treatment for atleast 14 days. im on day 4 now.
do you think i should continue it longer , maybe 21 days?

when cory was purchased there were 2 of them and the larger of the two died.i assumed...
well there are no "salt" flakes on the betta.and the other day they were real playful.going to continue q.c. for another10 days.

my little cory is tough.
he/she has proven it.
but after a tank treatment, i was doing my hourly observations and noticed cory has a swollen stomach like its pregnant or constipated.
heres a quick ? leaves are ok to be in a tank for corys what about bettas?
i have a cory and a betta?will the leaves bother her?
good news.betta baby is doing well. so is corycat.today is treatment day, i hate using that q.c. but im going to do this method to reassure myself that we wont get the "fleas ' again.
oka. thank you for the advice.i did a 50% today , no meds.fish seem to be doing well enough.
this guy says you can do both, so i did.
if i do a daily water change, how much?
ok so after being filled with advice, this is what i have done.
a 75% water change.upped the temperature throughout the day to 82f
added 1 1/2 teaspoon aq. salt. added an extra air pump and...
