So it's time to meet the new additions in full. There are 5 angels in that tank and they have settled enough to allow me to photograph all of them in one session.
I bought 4 Koi angels and 1...
Currently installing it.....it seems to combine what was good with 7 with the best of 8.
@bluewaterboof what setup do you run? RAM, processor etc. I've always wondered what kind of resources 3d...

The lights in the tank will also make a big difference to them. There's a 10000k and a "pink" in here. They work quite well for colour but there are better options for plants.
He's still little :-). Should be quite something in a few months.
The store had some truly incredible ones....but not for sale. Waiting to be moved to the massive display/showpiece tanks.
This is one of five angels to whom the tank now belongs.

If you are going to keep it at a higher temp maybe look at the Pearl Gourami.
Stunning and great in the community. I keep four in my community with tetras, harlequins etc sized fish.

So the weekend arrived with a sad piece of news....out beloved Parrot fish named Perry passed away after we had had him for 9 years. My mom was in tears as expected as she really loved that fish....

When planting it do try to spread the Vals out. Once they get going they spread like mad.

Honestly a ton. If I had to guess it would be around 30 individual plants. I grew them all over 6 months from the original 5 I bought.

I do big downloads at University......50Mbps when there are 3000 people online is quite something. That is just my faculty. They need to cater for up to 30 000 people on campus
