Well it's seeming like a lot of people use flourish with corys and they are fine. So I dont' think that is the cause of the issue. It must just be an issue with the fishies themselves...

Well I'ver never overdosed ferts but I would be doing at least a 50% water change. Someone else may tell you it's fine but I would be worried about scaless fish and shrimp.
